The revised policy on Alcohol and Drug Testing for Commercial Drivers was adopted and became effective on October 25, 2016. This policy applies to all employees whose job requires them to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV). References to federal regulations have been updated and the policy more clearly explains the alcohol and drug testing requirements, consequences of a positive test, and the related responsibilities of university departments and individuals. Drivers are required to be familiar with this policy.
The policy on Cost Sharing for Sponsored Projects was recently revised to update references to federal regulations and define important terms related to cost-sharing (contribution of time and effort without reimbursement by the sponsor).
