The CSU policy on Sponsored Projects Accounts Receivable was adopted in March, 2018, to clarify the procedures and responsibilities associated with collecting amounts owed by sponsors to the University. The Office of Sponsored Programs, Principal Investigators, departmental accounting staff and college Business Officers, Deans and Department Heads all share responsibilities for assuring that bad debt does not arise.
